We’ve made starting your fitness journey at Sweat T Club easy and straightforward. Here’s how it works:

1. Book a Free Consultation

Begin with a free consultation to discuss your fitness goals with one of our certified trainers and determine the best program for you.

2. Personalized Plan Creation

After your consultation, your coach will design a personalized workout and nutrition plan that aligns with your goals and lifestyle.

3. Training & Track Progress

Start your training sessions (group or 1-on-1), and track your progress using our Sweat T Custom App.

4. Weekly Check-ins & Adjustments

Your coach will monitor your progress with regular check-ins, adjusting your plan as needed to keep you on track.

5. Support & Community Engagement

Engage with our supportive community and take advantage of additional events, workshops, and challenges designed to keep you motivated.
