I’ve been training with T for about 8 months now and never have I felt a bigger strength, fitness increase.

Coaching style: Sweat T a very straight-forward coach who helps you understand and acknowledge the factors preventing you from achieving your fitness goal while at the same time being empathic and thoughtful of your goals/wants in life. His motivation style is gentle yet convicting, which will help drive you towards your goals.

Training: Sweat T caters unique challenges to each client that isn’t mundane and has a bigger challenge for each obstacle you’ve accomplished. Really pushing your body to Olympic gold standards.

Teaching: Sweat T offers hands-on nutritional advice which emphasizes on mindfulness of what you consume. His advices allows you to be able to be confident in your fitness goals and ability to attain them.

Pricing: Having had PTs from multiple gyms. I feel Sweat T is very affordable and even has a Barbell Membership Subscription which has 5 weekly classes and gives you hands on coaching alongside other students.

10 / 10 would recommend Sweat T to anyone and I’m still going to him!
